The Collections: European Decorative Arts sale encompasses a large and varied selection of furniture and decorative art. The opening session on 13 April will be exclusively dedicated to the renowned Manhattan-based dealer, H.M. Luther, who has held a place of prominence in the art and antique market since 1947. A highlight of the group is A German Rococo Carved Giltwood Console Table circa 1735 (est. $30/50,000).

The core aesthetic of H.M. Luther has always been characterized by Neoclassicism subtly punctuated by the inclusion of objects of various styles and geographies, and this style will be showcased through the curated selection of pieces to be offered. Following this special session, the auction on 14 April is highlighted by a fine collection of 19th century furniture and decorative arts from a private Beverly Hills collection. The sale will also feature other select groups of private property of European, English and 19th century furniture.
