Book MarketJust like all previous editions, Unseen will host its Book Market. The well-loved part of the fair for independent publishers of photography books and zines will present a broad range of special publications, with many book launches, artist signing sessions and special editions of photography books.
New: Past/PresentPast/Present is a new addition to the fair. The themed presentations of this section encompass vintage work for the first time at Unseen, in clear visual dialogues between vintage photography and contemporary artists.
New Section: UnboundWith the new addition Unbound, Unseen commits further to breaking the boundaries of conventional photography and exploring beyond the traditional two-dimensional photographic print through large scale installations that cross over into installation art, video art, digital art, sculpture and other art forms.
Meijburg Art CommissionThe Transformator House features the Meijburg Lounge with the Meijburg Art Commission 2021 winner and an exhibition that looks back at the winners of the project fund awarded by KPMG Meijburg & Co. Winners of the Meijburg Art Commission: Anouk Kruithof (2015), Elspeth Diederix (2016), Pasi Orrensalo (2017), Hideyuki Ishibashi (2018), Marleen Sleeuwits (2019).
